The neighborhoods of Sequoia/Greenfield and Seminary have some of the higher-priced homes in San Anselmo but offer huge homes, close distance to schools and beautiful hillside scenery. Living in the Barber/Lincoln Park neighborhood is ideal for those who want quick access to downtown but desire vintage-style homes that are larger than those found downtown.
